The best in telescopes, eyepieces and visual aids for observing make for a truly unforgettable "eye at the eyepiece" experience. The Island Star's robotically controlled telescope in the new roll-off roof observatory "goes to" thousands of deep sky objects taking the observer from our galactic backyard to the distant depths of the universe. Dark skies are a treasure and Hornby Island is the chest. Sky watchers John and Carol live on Hornby Island because of the extraordinary skies.
