jennifer armstrong - Island Yoga

jennifer was introduced to yoga over 17 years ago, here on Hornby Island. Since that time she has had the opportunity to study with such recognized Iyengar, Ashtanga & Yin Yoga teachers as Faeq Biria, David Swenson, Paul Grilley and extensively with Shirley Daventry-French. Also a practitioner of Vipassana meditation for over 15 years, jennifer's teaching style combines her knowledge of precise alignment & inward focus with her natural enthusiasm, creating a way to safely discover joy and ease in the practice.

• Mondays 7 - 9pm - Hatha Yoga - all levels
• Tuesdays 9 - 10:30am - Hatha Yoga - all levels
• Thursdays 9 - 11am - Vinyasa/Flow Yoga - yoga experience helpful
• Fridays 9 - 10:30am - Hatha Yoga - all levels

$8-$10 drop-in or $60/month/unlimited classes
