Gabe Jeroschewitz
Gabriel was born in Munich and moved to Toronto at age 6. His mother was
an artist, his father a writer and his stepfather a filmmaker. Hornby has
been his permanent home since 1972. Gabriel’s work is influenced by
renaissance art, quantum theory, semiotics and pop culture. Hornby, especially
its nature, has taught him that we live in a spiritual, physical, quantum
state. Where it appears that nothing is what it seems and everything is
joined or separated by small worlds that are in harmony or chaos, letting
us look at the bigger picture of our unconscious.
Gabriel’s work can be found at The Island Gallery and Arbutus
